Their technician was prompt, very professional and very knowledgeable. We had a thermostat on the stove that had to be replaced. A thermostat and a drain problem were there on the refrigerator. He actually knew how to fix the drain problem.

There service was okay, fair I'd say. They came out and said they would waive the diagnostic fee if I had work done but they tried to charge me for that. It took them over a week to get the part and install it.

TECH SHOWED UP AT TIME AGREED TO. WERE ABLE TO REPAIR DOOR IN JUST A FEW MINUTES, AND WORK WAS OK. DID NOT DO ANYTHING 'EXTRA' AND WAS OUT THE DOOR LIKE A SCALDED CAT. CHARGE OF $65 FOR CALL (JUST TO SHOW UP) THEN $95 ON TOP OF THAT. NO MORE THAT 10 MINS ONSITE. WERE MORE CONCERNED THAT I SIGN OFF ON THE CONDITION OF THE DOOR AS HE FOUND IT THAN ANY REPAIR.

THE COMPANY RESPONDED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER THE PART, AND PUT IT IN AS SOON AS IT ARRIVED. THIS WAS A GOOD JOB, AND BACKED BY SEARS UNDER WARRANTY.

THIS HAPPENED ON NEW YEARS EVE, AND WE HAD A PARTY SCHEDULED THAT NIGHT. A COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE COOKING DINNER, WE NOTICED THAT THE OVEN WAS NOT COMING ON. AFTER CALLING SEVERAL REPAIR PLACES, THIS COMPANY RESPONDED, AND THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN QUICKLY. THE OVEN WAS FIXED IN NO TIME.
