My Samsung front loader washer suddenly stopped spinning and draining. I called Domestic Appliance at 9:15 on Monday morning. They had a man out by 11 am. Turned out that my lucky St. Paddy's coin got stuck in the filter. The coin was removed and my washer was operational by 11:15. The office told me that they charge $69 for diagnosis of the problem but that fee is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
