They did a great job!

We provided the matching door and they prepared the replacement that was broken.

They showed up on time and repaired my sliding door and window even though parts are no longer available.

Provider asked me to send a photo of the wheels so that he could be sure he had them. He was very responsive and texted back right away that yes, he had them. But when the technician showed up to actually do the work, he did not have the proper wheels. He replaced them with a different part and so they don't match the other door. Also, he did not have a bottom guide that matched the aluminum finish, and so installed a brown one. So there's something a bit off about the communication.
As to punctuality, I explained that I had a meeting scheduled in the morning and wanted to schedule a day when I could be the first call in the morning, with an approximately 9 am arrival time. Given that the workers show up at 7:30 this seemed reasonable, the dispatcher said. But the worker didn't show up until 10 (and I was his first call of the morning). He obviously didn't spend the extra time at the supply store getting the right part, so I don't know what's going on.
The price was expensive.
All in all, this is not the high level of service I thought I'd get after reading the other Angie's List reviews, but they did an adequate job, showed up, and cleaned up.

They cut a mirror and rehung it. They did a good job and very professional and helpful. They were willing to take down the mirror carefully so I could reuse it.

Diablo Glass was wonderful to work with. Not alot of companies were lining up to come remove mirror tiles from a wall.
It was a small job to be done but they took care of it like it was as important to them as it was to me. They did an excellent job, cleaned up the mess, and were on their way! Big job, small job -- call Diablo Glass.

I  telephoned their office and the lady I spoke with was most courteous, helpful and informative. She gave me some rough cost figures but suggested that I might want to come into their showroom to see the different types of showers available. Taking her advise, I went to their office, which is small and parking is difficult, but again they were very accomodating and eager to help. With their assistance I selected the shower frame, door and handle that I wanted and discussed that one of the windows that needed to be replaced had grids on the outside and that I wanted them to be in between the glass instead. They explained that the manufacturer of the window had gone out of business but they still had access to the grids and they could be installed on the inside of the two panes. We set up an appointment to have their tech come out and measure. He showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable. We then set up the install date for approx. 2 weeks down the road. Again they showed up on time, took care to protect my flooring, worked proficiently, cleaned up and had all three projects completed in 5 hours. I would highly reccommend this company.

The end product is done very well. I feel that the price was fair are reasonable. I feel they are very good/honest people who run the business, which is always of high importance to me.
I did not receive great consultative help and felt like I was a bit of an annoyance to them the first time I walked in... it was durning lunch, so that never helps. But, I had been to shopping too long and needed to get the glass ordered, so I stayed and remained persistent until I received the necessary help. Questions like: and quot;What kind of shelf supports should I buy?and quot; (because that would determine the size of the glass) seemed reasonable to ask a glass company... But, I had to go to a hardware store, and kind of guess and hope I got lucky.
I had to follow up multiple times after I placed my order. There was always a few minutes to remind them of my order and then a pending disconnect with the shop... so, I had to make 2 trips to pick up since only half of the order was done initially (doors, not shelves).
I did like doing business there, and was never treated poorly. I just want to point out why service was not a 5/5.

It went fine. I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was ready the next day. They also provided me with some mounting supplies so that I could mount it myself.

Latest-used to bid a job to fix/replace windows in a condo that is a rental for a client. VERY Courteous. Explained details.

We decided to get the main bathroom remodeled and we decided that one of the items we needed professional assistance was on the frameless shower door installation on expensive creme linen 24x24 tile. Diablo Glass came out for an in-person measurement estimate and followed by installation 2 weeks later. Diablo Glass is a family owned business which always a plus and the staff are friendly and professional. We love our frameless glass shower door which gives our new bathroom remodel a modern look as desired! We will definitely use Diablo Glass for future remodeling project and will be recommending to family and friends.

They are wonderful they did a great job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FIRST OF ALL, ONE OF THE CLOSETS KEPT BREAKING. THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT, AND THEN IT BROKE AGAIN. THE INSTALLER SCRAPED THE CEILINGS IN ALL OF THE 3 ROOMS.
