Need not look any further DK is here. I am not going to promise you that we are the most experienced and or the most creative, that sounds like a campaign promise. But what I will sell you is that we are probably the most reliable and honest company you will ever meet. NO SUBS. We do not install fencing, decking, railing, wood retaining walls and or concrete. "DK refunded money to this client because they were plain and simple nuts. We showed everything to the client and the client seemed happy. I knew from the get go that this may not be a fit for DK and I was right."
"Wow, interesting. I have a very different recollection of events. First, DK addressed all concerns and each time checked with the client to see if everything was met. My crew did a complete walkthru with Erik once the issues were resolved. DK never leaves a job without any and all issues resolved. They told me the job was better than they imagined asked us to place a sign in front for advertising. The last day we were there after the final walkthru the sign was still there. As for plants, we had an unusually cold March I suspect that this is what happened and they blamed DK for it. DK cannot control the weather, I have checked with the nursery and they told me that they are getting lots of complaints about dead plants this year from the contractors. The nursery does not guarantee plants and nor do we. If the plant dies within 15 days DK will replace it out of courtesy but Erik never brought such revelation to our attention. Sadly, the job turned out beautiful DK does not deserve this and Erik knows this. Erik says he was not around, that simply is not true. Erik walked me thru the yard on several occassions and each and everytime told me directly how happy he was and how hard we work many times in the rain. We are not a blow-and-go kind of landscaper, we are personal, and we care about you the client."
"Erik sent me an e-mail in late December voicing his unhappiness with deciduous trees, I explained to him that he wanted fruit trees along with trees that bloom all of which lose their leaves and as far as plants they will not look good in cold months. he did not like my response so sent in this review. DK has been out there numerous times showing him the irrigation system. he said each time it looked fine. he said he went with us a 2nd time because we were a lot cheaper than the other bidders."
