lCalled Custom computers to do a tune up and to set up wireless and install an external hard drive.  After two trips out, still no external back up working, my computer has slowed down, and my printer needed a second trip out to print wirelessly.  When I called regarding my reoccurring problems I was told it would cost me more.  After spending almost $500 to get simple things done, non returned phone calls, I have given up on Custom Computers.  Very disappointed!

Laptop was no longer charging, wasn't sure if I just had a bad power adapter or a problem with the system board.  Took it in and the quickly diagnose the problem as a bad power adapter, found a suitable replacement and had me out the door in under 30 minutes.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was their most important customer.  As I explained what was happening, the gentleman that was helping me actually took notes.  The final price was well within the estimate, and my computer was ready the next day. 

Overall I would definitely recommend Custom Computers to those in need of service in the form of upgrades or repairs.  They are in a relatively safe  and convenient location for those living in the Walnut Creek, Concord and Pleasant Hill communities!

John is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and fortunately, does not exhibit the arrogant attitude some IT service techs have. He works quickly, making his rates extremely reasonable. And as indicated above, promptly provides technical support.

When I called to make the appointment, Mary was extremely professional, friendly, and accurate in setting appointment times. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable and set static IP addresses in my computers. He also networked in 4 printers. Johnny is very personable, and able to explain my IT choices in understandable terms. He is aware of saving the customer money by working as efficiently as possible. I am overjoyed to finally find a computer company I can stick with and that provides free technical support after the job.

John Morgan is the owner and he would be a great recommendation. He does all my business networking and personal stuff and has been absolutely fabulous. He understands my business how it runs and computers. He has even been as forthcoming as to have loaned me a computer system when mine was down. He also took all my information and loaded it onto a secondary system, so that I can keep my business running till he fixes my stuff and he is absolutely stellar. I think I spent about $200 on the last time is used him. I have shopped around because I am a smart consumer like that and he is very competitive and will do his best to find the right solution. A lot of companies that I dealt with told me what they thought was a good idea, but he would take about an hour or sometimes longer and actually consult with you. He will find out what specifically you are doing and your specific budget and will give you the most for the bucks. He started out as a computer technician for me and has become a really good friend. I had one instance where I was typing up a really large bid and got half way thorough it and somehow erased it. He was actually able to go in retrieve 75% of what I just erased and was actually able to retrieve it and have it done by 9 o?clock am dead line. He came over at 12.30 that night to do it and 24 hour on call service for a computer technician is pretty rare. The fact that he showed up and was absolutely happy to be there was absolutely phenomenal to me. I called in paranoid and the first thing he said to me was don?t worry about it, just don?t touch anything and I will be there as soon as I can, so that is what I did. I found an item online that I wanted to purchase and even though he did not make money on it, he matched the price because for him he is interested in having a solid base for customers he continues to serve. He sold me a used laptop and two months later the hard drive went out and he paid out of his own pocket to replace the hard drive. His wording exactly was ?I stand behind my products and no I don?t make it and if it fails, it is my problem and not yours?, so that why I like the guy and because he is honest. He is really a great guy. He is professional and I love the guy and will keep him for as long as the wilderness.
