Creative Designs & Beyond

They were great the woman is very knowledgeable, professional and help to carefully take out of the room. She clean the room to make sure everything is clean before it back in. We came up the decision what to back in and help me to reduce what's to back in or donate or sent to good will or what ever. She help me to recycle things being thrown up. The were the first company from Angi that I will re-hire and I wanted t do work again.

Everything went perfect. Mike was a pleasure to work with and every knowledgeable. His crew was professional and finished the job in one day.

We called Creative Designs and amp; Beyond after reading reviews here on Angie's List. We had several other companies come out and talk with us. We were gathering both ideas, suggestions and estimates. Mike Nagy from Creative Designs came out and talked with us for well over an hour. He listened to what we knew we wanted and added suggestions/ideas of his own. Because we had already set up another estimate the next day, we didn't sign with Mike right away.
After receiving that additional estimate, we immediately called Mike back and signed our contract. Mike had given us a complete and accurate heads up on the permit process and it's approx. cost, an accurate time estimate for completion, and a complete and accurate estimate of the job without any hidden fees. We felt very confident that we had made the right choice in going with Mike. Mike wasn't the cheapest, but we felt the most knowledgeable, respected, and trustworthy of them all.
That was before we had met Bill and John. They were the two guys who installed our cover. Bill and John arrived at 7am on the dot, just as Mike had said they would! They completed our cover by 6:30pm. This did not include the electrical hook ups and installation of our two fans. That was completed a few days later by the electrician that works with Mike. Bill and John were both fun to talk to and impressive to just watch in action. As a matter of fact, at one point in the late afternoon, several neighbors had come over to watch. We had chairs lined up in the shade enjoying a cool drink, chips and salsa :) The guys didn't seem to mind at all. They just worked like they could build these covers in their sleep. It was like they had been doing this for 30+ years. Oh yeah, they have! They have been with Mike for that long!! Mike had told us this during our initial meeting, which is another one of the many reasons we decided to go with Creative Designs. That says quite a lot about Mike and his company. The guys cleaned up every inch of the yard before they left. Not one screw was left on the ground. Not one piece of scrap left behind. The only thing they left was a beautiful patio cover that has been enjoyed daily since then.
We were so impressed by Mike and his guys, that we have scheduled a BBQ and invited them over to enjoy a job well done. Our home is the neighborhood and quot;watering holeand quot; and will be enjoyed by many. We've actually been and quot;talked toand quot; by one neighbors who's wife is already asking, and quot;can I get one of thoseand quot;? All joking aside, Mike, Bill and John are welcome in our home anytime. They have now become part of the family and will be called upon again for our next project. Shhhhh....don't tell my husband I'm already planning :)

It was great. I knew that I wanted a solid patio cover attached to my house. I had talked to a several people at a couple of different trade shows and found that most of them did not do solid patios covers attached to the house. I assumed that I was going to have to hire an architect and contractor to build one. I also assumed that wood was my only option. Mike Nagy was recommended to me. It was also recommended that I consider an aluminum -prefab cover. I was dubious at first because I wanted something that looked good. I met with Mike and immediately had confidence in him as a person. I went to see a patio that he had built and liked what I saw. I love the idea the there is no maintenance. The crew that constructed the cover were professional and very pleasant. It was done in one day. I highly recommend him, he is a really good person to work with. I got just what I wanted.
