They called prior to appointment time to say that they were running early.  That was better for me so they came within 30 minutes of the call.  They replaced the springs for our overhead garage door, completing the job within 30 minutes.  The price was as quoted over the phone when setting the appointment.  No problems, no hassles.  Job well done!

They looked up the info on my current door, and were able to tell me that for a small price, I could completely change the look of my current door...just by changing out the little window frames. If/when I purchase a new door, I would definitely use them.

My garage door stopped working on Saturday night. Contra Costa Doors originally installed the garage door in 2003, and it has worked very well for the last eleven years.
I left a message with Contra Costa Doors on Saturday night to call me Monday to schedule an appointment. Rodger of Contra Cost Doors called me at 8:00 AM Monday and said a technician would come to the house about 10:00 AM. The technician arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the springs of the door in about 40 minutes.

I called Contra Costa Door Co for an estimate on replacing two garage doors on a building on my property and another estimate for repairs/adjustments on two other garage doors on my home.
Alan showed up exactly on time, carefully inspected everything, answered all questions I had, gave lots of good advise.
The two installers that were sent to do the job were terrific, polite and professional and did a beautiful job. I was very happy with their work.

They were great! They were fantastic!

Installer came to my house right on time. He took the old door down and cleaned up before he started to install the new door.
He knew exactly what he was doing. There was a little dry rot on one of the pieces of trim and he replaced all the trim at no charge.
I have never had a installer work so smooth, he was done in about 2 hours. Great company and will use again.
Highly recommended. If you have a chance go to their show room.

They gave it some TLC and replaced a part in the opener.

Showed up as promised. Did the work as agreed. I would use them again.

We visited the showroom. Called for a measurement and quote. Had the door installed and were very satified. The installer was very professional and asked us questions about what we needed to make the job look better and last longer. Excellent experience for us.

It went well. We were dealing with a rental and we were not right there and they were great. We met the salesman. He did a great job in
informing us. They showed up on time and then we went a week or so later and inspected it. He was pleased. Everything that they said they are going to do, they did. In terms of their price, we did not look any further than them frankly. The quality of work was high. They were very responsive. As far as I am concerned, I think that they were very good.

Called on Friday, repairman arrived on time on Saturday, did the work and was done rapidly with minimum fuss and bother. Gave recommendation to me on how I could do future maintenance.

My garage door opener suddenly went out and we were planning to be gone for a few days. I got onto Angie's List and called a couple of referrals. Contra Costa Door responded the earliest and said they could be out that afternoon. I believe it was Allen who came out to do the estimate. He was very cordial and professional and told me what opener options were available, costs and installation time frames. I told him we were leaving for a few days but I would leave him with access to the garage if he could install the opener for me. He was very helpful and we were able to work out the schedule and also secure the garage after he completed it. When I got home, the job was done, no debris, and I am very pleased with the new opener. Great service.

Quick and efficient. I met with the salesperson and he provided an estimate and we agreed on a model for the door opener and set the date for installation (next day).The installer arrived early (before I arrived at the house) and was already preparing to begin work. He explained what he was going to do and had the job complete within the schedule he estimated. He provided me with a walkthrough and tutorial about the features of the new opener. It was exactly the kind of service you expect and want from all providers. Perfect!

Garage door spring snapped at aprox 4 PM, dispatcher was able to send serviceman out by 6! Audie was knowledgable and professional, very nice guyoverall. Wasted no time fixing problem and was able to use parts on hand to avoid bigger cost. I would recommend Audie for any calls.

Called Friday. They could not come until Monday morning. Arrived on time and finished the job in about 35 minutes. Charged $350 which is about what they quoted over the phone for an insulated door. The price seemed a little high but everything went smoothly.
