I have used them for the last 20 years for both rental properties and personal homes. They are trustworthy, professional, and they take steps to take care of your home. They replace units if needed and I will highly recommend them. They are very conscientious and provide five star service.

Our air conditioner stopped working during the middle of 100 degree plus weather. We could not get anyone out for at least a week. When we finally called CC Climate Control, they came out the same afternoon. They were efficient, professional, and reasonable. We will use them again if we have any heating or air conditioning problems.

First of all, I want to say that I was very, very happy with my experience with the Contra Costa Climate Control Company!
Mike, the service technician, arrived promptly at 9 am! The service window that was quoted was between 9 am and 12 pm. The fact that they showed up at 9 am was awesome! Mike looked at our AC and proceeded to do a complete diagnosis of the unit. He looked at the thermostat and offered to look at the furnace which I declined (because we had just had it serviced and we had a large entertainment center blocking access).
Mike gave me a quote of $300 to replace the capacitor (labor and parts included). Based on what I've seen online, $300 is high average which I was okay with. Mike also gave me a quote of $150 for the the cleaning of my AC unit.
Overall, Mike was very professional. He came in and took care of our AC at cost I though was very, very reasonable!

My system works beautifully and I did not have to replace the main fan motor and computer board and thermostat like Haddon Air said I needed to do. In fact Haddon told me that I needed a new Furnace. It only had a blown fuse and needed some refrigerate.

"I'm sorry for your troubles with this [Member Name Removed], we do try to maintain excellent customer service. I do believe there were some misunderstandings. The "HERS" rater is not in-house it is an independent contractor that has to be set up separate from us by law. His fee is $300 and we do not mark that up. Unfortunately he did not file the paperwork properly and we had no way of knowing that until notified by the city. This is what the hold up was for your permit process. We no longer use that company because of instances like this. The city also prefers the owner to be at the home for the inspection. Other arraignments can always be made. We had no idea you would be out of town taking care of a sick family member, I promise you that we would have jumped in immediately to handle all inspections had we known.If there is any issue with an inspection the homeowner usually contacts us and we take care of it right away. We do hope that your sister is doing better. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns."

I was out of town when the service was done, but my parents reported that the work was done well. I was having issues with my air conditioning not cooling the house, and the technician identified that my filter needed to be replaced, then everything worked perfectly. He did a cleaning of the system outside, and checked for proper cooling and flow inside the house.
