We are located in Concord California but our service reaches all around the Bay area. Currently we have no employees but we are working very reliable subcontractors. We have general building license from State of California CSLB # 923012 We offer free estimates for all our customers and we are charging $ 400.00 designing any bathroom or kitchens. However we like to offer $ 250.00 (per/bathroom or kitchen) for Angie’s list members.

Construction Republic took three times longer to finish the work than the contract stated and ultimately left the kitchen remodel job without finishing. They threatened to take a lien against our home if we did not pay in full (despite their refusal to finish), refused to honor their warranty of their work (which was necessary because they improperly installed the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, cracking the sink), and refused to give us completed permit paperwork demonstrating that the city had approved the work and signed off on the permits. Despite paying them in full and seeking to resolve our dispute in numerous reasonable ways, Construction Republic was consistently unreasonable and never followed through. We would never work with them again and never recommend them to anyone.
