David C did a thorough job of assessing the situation and determining how to best clear the clog.  He was professional and took care to protect the floor and general area where he was working.  Their pricing is competitive and better than what I have paid in years past for similar services.  I also appreciated that dispatch phoned me in advance to let me know that David was on his way to my home.  I will use the company again in the future.

Only company who would come out on New Years Eve.  Super nice, worked quickly and fixed the problem.  I am impressed.  This same problem happened a few years ago and it took forever for the guy to snake it out and he went on and on about  how messed up my pipes were and how he could re-pipe my lot for several thousand dollars.  Tonight I got a very straight forward report on what was happening and an encouragement to do a yearly clean out.  However, he must have said, "I am not trying to sell you something, just suggesting it." about 4 time

Co Co County replaced an aging, rusty 2-inch drain line under the house with ABS.  Got me a quote quickly, and split the quote into different parts per my request.  Co Co County was easy to work with, they were willing to listen to and answer all my questions, were very professional, and their price was competitive.  Once the job was complete, I noticed that the ABS hangers were a little too far apart.  Co Co County came out the next day to correct this issue at their expense.  Would definitely use them again, very good customer service.

Arrived on-time.  Used drop cloth to protect the floor, and was generally careful and clean while onsite.  Tried several different methods to clear the clog but was unsuccessful.  Did not charge anything for the service call since he was unable to resolve the issue.

The storm drain that was connected to my rain gutter downspout was clogged and he was able to clear it in 15 minutes. He also gave me some good advice about a few plumbing questions I had around the house. Their prices are definitely much better than Roto Rooter. I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

The job went very well. I have been with them for nearly 18 years and it is definitely a good company. I have to get them every 4-5 months to come in and chase the roots out, and they get here on time and do the job and they are out of here. Their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend them. We've used Co Co County for 20 years, alot because of our very old home. They are consistently on time, good phone communication, honest and direct about what work is needed or not.

I have used Co Co County Sewer and Drain Service for years and they have always been great. The guy this time was disappointing, but they have done very well in the past. I would give them another chance and see if the next guy coming in would do a good job. I will see how the next guy coming in would do the job and then I will afford another supplier. I would say to other members also to give him a try.

It went well. They kept us informed about the service man's progress in getting to our job. He arrived when they said he would. He completed the job in a short period of time.

We have never experienced a negative interaction. Their prices are competitive, but their craftmanship cannot be matched. The crews are professional and are done with their tasks before you know it. We never had to do a call back.

Friday night the toilet in the spare bathroom began overflowing and backing up into the shower. I called Co. Co. Sewer and Drain Saturday morning. Mike came out within the two hour time frame we agreed upon, and in less than 45 minutes the problem was fixed. I had also asked him to look at the sink and tub in the master bath because they were draining slowly. It was late in the day, and he was up against the clock, so did not have time that day, but said he would come back any time in the next week and only charge the add-on price. Kory came out the following Saturday and took care of the sink and tub drains in about 30 minutes. I have used this company for years, and every time I try using a different company I become aware of how good Co. Co. County Sewer and Drain are. Given a choice I would not use anyone else.

They are competent. I'm not overly exuberent about them, but I don't have any major problems either.

They are always professional and responsive. I appreciate it that they will tell me if they are not the right people for the job.

CO. CO. COUNTY SEWER and DRAIN LINED UP SOMEONE TO COME THE NEXT DAY BUT THEN CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD COME EARLIER WHICH WAS GREAT AS IT WAS SOONER AND MORE CONVENIENT TIME. THE REPRESENTATIVE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE PROMPT, COURTEOUS SERVICE. HE ALSO GAVE RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS COMPANY HAS A GOOD REPUTATION AND I CAN SEE WHY.
