My service technician James Hatch is the best. He always checks with me before beginning my service to make sure I don't have any new problems or concerns. He honors my requests (leave the spiderwebs, don't spray around my lemon trees) even if it they are sort of different. He's very careful about my pets food and water bowls too. I feel completely at ease with his service, even if I'm not home when he arrives.

OK overall, except he told us he'd check back in one week but we never heard from him again -- we had to call the office to see if he was coming back out soon. The office had him come back a few days later.

They called before they stopped by, which I really appreciate. He did a thorough job, cleaned off all the cobwebs and answered all of my questions. There's a huge reduction in the amount of spiders in the house.

Service provider was on time and professional.  Cost was a bit high, but not extraordinarily so.   Didn't really have a bad pest problem, just ants every once in a while.  Still early, so can't really say how effective it was.

The termmite and rodent inspector were both nice, friendly, pleasant and were very customer oriented. They did not try to pressure me or manipulate me into purchasing anything that was unecessary. They were very honest and knowledgeable.

The last guy that came was the best one.  I was gonna call and ask them if I could keep that young man as my regular guy. He’s really good. You don’t have to tell him what you have. He’s polite. He’s younger so I just feel that the older guys are just tired and have been doing the service for years.

I was very satisfied with the service. They were really patient in terms of explaining everything and how to cancel the service when it was no longer needed which was easy to do. It only took three weeks for the whole infestation to be gone, I kept the service about a month after just to be sure then I was able to cancel, it was perfect! They get the job done!

I had a serious problem with ants for several years but did not want to use pesticides because of my cats.  I finally could not take it any longer and called Clark.  I spoke with several companies before selecting Clark.  They were very professional, discussed the products they would use, cost, etc.  They sent someone to look over my house and we scheduled a time for the first treatment.  I removed my cats from the premises before the treatment.  The cost included subsequent treatments to rid the house of the ants.  It has been a relief to not have ants.  It took three treatments.  Since then I have a contract for bi-monthly treatment and I am very pleased with the service.  Jeremy is here regularly and is a pleasure to work with.
The billing address is in Lodi and I'm not sure where the office is located.

I used Clark's several years ago for a severe termite problem and was skeptical about the long-term success of treatment. When my contractor recently uncovered evidence of subterranean termites, I was very upset. I didn't want to go thru the expense and inconvenience of having to treat my home again. I was also afraid that since I was convinced I had termites, I would be taken advantage of. I feared that a company would exaggerate the amount of work that needed to be done. I called Clark's with the intention of also calling two other companies for estimates. To my surprise and complete relief, the Clark's representative who inspected my house told me that the evidence was old and that he found no termites. He did find dry rot which I already knew about and was in the process of having repaired. I'm convinced that this is an honest company and I will definitely call them again if I think I have a problem.

I like the fact that they are accessible and when I need them they come right away. I don't like the fact that they use chemicals, but we always close the doors and windows, especially when the kids are around the house. We pay every time they come.
