I have white rugs and they look beautiful after the cleaning.  This father and son team (not the owners) were friendly, professional, and took care.  They were on time.  They sell a can of spot cleaner that is fabulous.

They cleaned the carpet and it dried within 4 hours. As they promised, because of the Chem-dry process, the carpet does not seem to be attracting dirt and stains as it has when we used other carpet cleaners. I was so pleased that I later bought Chem-dry spot cleaner and it worked very well too.

When they left, the carpets were clean. Although they were not and quot;dry,and quot; the amount of time required for them to dry was significantly less than when conventional carpet cleaners shampooed the carpets.

I have used them a couple of times and they always have done a pretty good job. Once they came out and I was not happy but they came back out and fixed it; so I was okay. They are personable and come out and do what they have to do; that's all I can ask of any vendor.
