The projects went smoothly. Installers were always on time and were very respectful of our home. They left the workplace very neat so we could still function in our home. We highly recommend Century Cabinets of concord.

Mike, the owner, was great to work with, as were all his staff.  They were all professional and friendly.  He helped us with cabinet style choices and made really wonderful suggestions that greatly improved the look of our kitchen.  He and his staff also suggested tile/backsplash, etc., options and vendors, which all worked out great too.  He laid out the whole install procedure so we were well prepared and he was very patient with all my questions and any schedule change.  The cabinets are beautiful, great workmanship, and the kitchen is now my favorite room in the house!  I highly recommend Century Cabinets.

He did a great job. He did a very professional job. He was very easy to work it. I would say no bad at this point, I have already recommended him to a few of my neighbors. His quote was actually considerably cheaper than another company and the finish that he did was much nicer than what a larger company has stated they would be doing for $2000 more.

Mike Conner first came out to look at my kitchen in Spring, 2013.  We wanted to reface some cabinetry and have custom cabinets made for other areas.  We had a good amount of discussion of different things we could do and that conversation continued over a few more visits.  Finally, we came to an agreement on the plan and Mike got to work on getting things built in their shop.  Overall, the process was very smooth.  The craftsmanship was very good, and there were custom aspects of our kitchen they did that exceeded our expectations - lazy susan turntables, inside cabinet storage racks, mixer stand, pull out spice rack.  If we could imagine it, Mike and his guys would make it happen.  One large new cabinet we had installed we decided was too big, so they took it back to the shop and made it about 4" shorter, which was perfect.  It was so refreshing to work with people who had attention to detail and were more worried about making it as good as it could be than anything else.  All the contractors that worked on our kitchen were very professional and everyone who sees our kitchen comments on the quality and custom features.  We couldn't be happier.

Contacted the company by phone. Mike Conner came to the house to give estimates. He was professional, helpful, and kind. We made a contract, and the work was done on time.
The quality exceeded our expectation, and the price was great.

Very easy to work with these people. Everyone was polite, did very nice work, showed up on time, cleaned up each day, and kept us informed throughout. We especially appreciated the scheduling of the work in such a way that we could see daily progress, there were no gaps in the work schedule. The job was completed even earlier than the estimate, which was a nice surprise.

Last summer, we contacted Century Cabinets for our kitchen
remodel/reface in our new home.  We used them in 2006 and were very
satisfied, and contacted them again this time as part of a process that
included 3 different bids from 3 different companies.  Of the three,
two, including Century Cabinets, were similar in price.  However, Mike
at Century Cabinets was far and away more responsive and approachable,
and made us feel that he wanted to work with us.  We were not "just a
job."
Mike worked with us in much of the planning/color
selection and scheduling of the job. (And recommended a vendor for
another portion of the job with whom we were extremely pleased.)  The
job was completed in the time expected and looks great!   We have had a
small problem with one cabinet door, but Mike was prompt and responsive
in his follow-up.
I definitely recommend Mike Conner and Century Cabinets after 2 jobs.

The project began on 3/12/12 and was completed on 4/24/12.  Most of the work was performed by Century Cabinet staff.  The floor work was subcontracted to another firm recommended by Century Cabinets.  All work was done skillfully by experienced professionals who not only knew what they were doing but would not accept anything short of the kind of result they would have wanted for their own homes.   They arrived when they said they would, worked steady and before leaving at the end of the day they told us what to expect in the next visit and when that would be.  Century Cabinets owner, Mike Conner, set the job up with us and did the initial measurements so that he could arrive at a cost.  He stood behind his estimate and avoided any significant cost creep.  The result was everything we had wanted and more.  The new kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and set off dramatically by the custom lighting design that includes dimmer switches on both the ceiling and under cabinet lighting.  We can't wait to show off our new kitchen to family and friends.

Mike postponed the beginning of the project in order to finish a prior project, but that was okay. We had some flex. Once begun, workers were on site all but one day until the project was finished. The work took a few days longer than Mike first estimated (three weeks instead of two weeks). We could see progress every day. Jose cleaned up after each day's work so we had the use of the kitchen in the evenings.

The project was excellent. The job started and ended in the promised time frame. The workmanship is of the highest quality; it is virtually impossible to tell it was a refacing (rather than new cabinet install). My decorator, who has seen many, many cabinet refacings, was very impressed with the quality of the work. The site was left clean and tidy each day and the cabinetmaker was polite and accommodating. Mike, the owner of the business, is very experienced, good to work with, and an extremely nice guy. I would always use Century Cabinets for similar future work. Estimates from other contractors were significantly higher.

The project went extremely well. It took two weeks, from start to finish. Mike responded quickly to my request for an estimate, came out to the house-- took many measurements. Switching the lighting out was a last minute request from me, but he accomodated that without any issues. The extra cabinet was built in the shop and installed just before the granite people came in (different company-- not through Century Cabinets). Mike's crew did do the laminate top tear out and the prep work for the granite people, so it took them less time-- which was good because I had to be at home for that piece of the work. He crew were very neat-- did some little "extra's" for me, which I really appreciated. I had not one moment of pause of having them in the house on their own-- they even dealt really well with my annoying dog. The end result is beautiful. They little touches: ensuring the celing was patched and made to match in design to the rest of the celing one the old box was removed and the lighting installed, checking on hinge colors-- letting me know about the knob preferences, ensuring the stove was raised back up to match the new height of the counter with the granit on it, and bolting the dishwasher back into place after the granite was installed. Mike's crew did all of that without any constant prompting from me. I am very happy with the result, and happy to recommend their work.

I had no idea what a cabinet refacing would look like and called a few contractors to get bids and I chose Mike's company as he was the most thorough and responsive out of all those I contacted. He measured meticulously and took the time to make certain that I understood the scope of the project. Since I was not familiar with refacing, he arranged for me to visit a home where he had recently completed work. Mike is honest and trustworthy, and his two workers were the same way, I always knew when they were coming (and they were always on time, if not early!) and what work was to be performed. They did their best to keep the site as clean as possible and if there was something questionable, always asked my opinion before proceeding. The project took a little longer than planned, due to some vendor delivery issues, but even with that Mike worked with me on rescheduling his workers so that it could be completed as quickly as possible. I would definitely work with Century Cabinets again - the remodel process isn't an easy one, but they made it a positive experience.

I spent a lot of time thinking about what I wanted. My needs were specific as I had a lot of A/V equipment that needed to fit in a very large cabinet. I got four bids and Mike was just about in the middle of them. What made me choose Century, besides a friend's referral, was the fact that during his estimate visit, he seemed very easy to work with and had a willingness to accept changes on the go. My first impression was confirmed as the work went on. He is easy to work with and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted in the finished cabinet. I gave Mike a diagram of what size cabinets I needed and where I wanted them. He came up with a design that looked great given my restrictions. Some of the highlights include an 11' cornice that houses a retractable motorized theater screen and four DVD storage slide out drawers that now contain close to 400 movies. We designed a walk in A/V closet behind the cabinet to give me access to connect up all of the equipment. This makes it easy to swap out components and keeps all of the unsightly connections out of view. The finish is a beautifully done deep walnut. Mike and his two workers were very prompt and worked hard. They accommodated our changes and happily made changes for me on the fly. I couldn't be happier and will be contacting them later this year when we start on our kitchen cabinets.
