ADT is just great to us. We like our system. We like the services and we like the prices we pay.

I did have a good experience with this company. It was kind of expensive, however it was worth it. They provide ok service. I did feel that they were quick to make appointments for repairs. They do send out private contractors to do the repairs. They were knowledgeable about repairing the alarm system. It did take a little bit of time to have someone fix it.

I did have private contractors come out to repair it, and they were not professional at all. They did not back any of the work that they did. It seemed like it took them forever to come out and fix it. They were not very polite or courteous. They charged my 70.00 an hour to fix it, and it also cost me 33.00 a month for their service.

I had to call them back to ask them a question. They answered my question and were very polite about it. I did have a good experience with them. They did everything they said they would. They did the work in a timely manner. The young man on the phone even had asked me if I needed to go the hospital because I didn't sound good.
