 + 0 moreIt pains me to write this as Bob had been a great person to work with in the past but on a recent large project he really dropped the ball. After work was completed and paid for I noticed a worrying defect that made me doubt whether the work done was sound. Weeks of emailing/calling Bob eventually got an email response promising an inspection/followup but when the time came promised and passed there was no word. I'm now having to fix this issue myself, out of pocket, with a new contractor. Very disappointing.
