Lori answered the phone and was so sweet and patient as I had a million questions. She even offered to have me call her later that evening as I had to get a hold of my landlords to get their permission to have Bill come out. When I called back, she was right on the ball. Only later, did I find out I had not given here all the relevant information (completely my fault as it was due to my inexperience with fireplaces) and when Bill did come out, he could have sold me all sorts of services I did not need. He couldn't have been kinder and was earlier than the appointment (but only after calling me to see if it was all right if he came early) was set up for. He arrived and was so sweet. He could have sold me several services, but didn't . He even recommended another competitor for a service he said the man was an expert at. He arranged for the man to come over here and take care of the problem. He even followed up. Just excellent service from start to finish! I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

They check it pretty thorough, because I have a catalytic converter, and he makes sure it's fired up and ready to go. He has a great personality, he's very thorough.
