Description of Work: I had Ben Franklin plumbing for services. Little or nothing was done to alleviate the problem. The rep said he tightened the water hose outlet. I checked a week later. There was the same problem. My daughter called F.C. and he was great. Removed the fixture, replaced it with a new one, found a new fixture to fit the water turn off valve. It was not easy, he was very experienced. He also gave me additional advice, and answered questions honestly. My house was built in 1956.
