Bay Alarm Medical

Bay Alarm was very prompt and professional in the order process. The equipment arrived promptly and was easy to install. There is no contract required. We didn't experience any medical emergencies so I cannot comment on that portion of their services. However, when I no longer needed the service and canceled, I was charged for a full month of service even though they received the returned equipment just five days into the billing cycle. When I asked for a credit for the days after the return of the equipment, I was told, "we don't pro-rate". So, and the billing representative confirmed this, I am paying for equipment to sit in their warehouse for 25 days. I don't really consider that good customer service.

Awesome experience and fantastic customer service throughout the 3 yeara we had the medical alert system in our home. Would recommend to anyone.

I have good experience with them. They are very good about allowing you to test the range of it from your house to see how far it will reach like you are in the laundry area in the garage to see if the unit works as you approach the street how far will be the reach so they are very patient about allowing me to test the range and we can make as many test calls as you need to and if you accidentally push the button they are very understanding and they are very personable and customer service wise they are very friendly. We did have some audio issues, but do they rectify it, if you tell them you can't hear the audio very well.
