Were on time.
Were accomodative for add-on small jobs such as trimming of small trees, cut the trunk into small pieces of wood.
Clean job except for few leaves in our neighbors yard, which my wife only realized after seeing the neighbors clean their yard.

They were very good and very helpful. They have enough knowledge about the trees and how they are coming along so we were quite happy with them. They were prompt and the main guy who came to do the evaluation was very knowledgeable so that made me feel good about the service and then the people who came to take care of the job, there was quite a lot of trees that needed some treatment and cutting back and they did a good job and cleaned up well so I was happy. It was very good. The only negative is that it was expensive but at the same time, I felt that we were getting it for a long term as oppose to just chopping stuff down and looking fine for now. They were there when they said they were going to be there.

I was not as happy with the trimme-however the service of our old Pine tree was excellent! Henry's & Owners of the business customer service was great!!

The service turned out just fine. They cleaned up quickly and did a great job. They had reasonable prices. Everything looks fantastic. I was very impressed with the knowledge of trees that they displayed.

I was very very pleased. They showed up and they cleaned up after themselves. They just took care when they were working on my roof. They were very respectful. Ill definitely call them again, and when I say that, its a good thing.

Bartlett has done extensive work for me over the past many years and, as always, I have received excellent service in every respect.

The tree was wrapped electrical wires not only to my house but up above telephone poles. The price was a good price, and I would use them again in the future.

I would hire them again.  They did quality work.  They were timely and they did it clean.  The only thing was that it took them a while to do the stumps because at that time the guy was out on vacation and when he came back, he had a backlog.  It wasn't an issue because he came and did it.

Tony spend some time looking at the tree, asking us questions about the tree, telling us how the tree would be trimmed both over the front grass as well as the part that was over the street. He also answered questions regarding some other trees we had on our property. Tony called the previous night to confirm our appointment for Monday. He also let us know that since he was not able to be there himself, he was sending out a good crew to do the work. Monday arrived and the crew was at the house at the scheduled time. They went right to work. By the time the crew was finished (several hours later), you could not even tell they were there and the tree looked beautiful. The job was very well done. All debris was cleared off our property. We will definitely us them again will all of our other trees.

Tony was punctual in person and responsive via phone and email. Tony was great at educating me along the way and letting me decide what I wanted to have done. The job was done quickly and the cleanup was complete. Would absolutely call him first next time I need an arborist.

The whole team was very professional, they arrived on time and did exactly what I wanted. The pruning of the plum tree opened it up and looked so good my neighbors commented on how good it looked. Cleaned up every bit of debris, and finished much earlier than I had expected.

The service was very professional. They covered our hot tub to protect it from debris and cleaned up after themselves. We could not be happier.

After meeting with a number of other service providers, I was immediately impressed with Tony's tree care knowledge. After listening to my tree concerns he conducted a thorough assessment of the trees in question and also offered some advice regarding care of other trees on the property. While not providing the lowest estimate, Tony gave a level of comfort that the job would be done right. The crew was able to schedule the work for a specific date, arrived promptly and conducted a pre-job walk-through to review what was planned. Protective measures were put in place to prevent damage to our home, fence and lawn. The work was completed as specified and looks great. Finally, the cleanup was thorough with little evidence that extensive tree trimming had occurred. I will definitely look to Bartlett Tree Experts for my next tree service project.
