They were very reliable in answering questions. They followed up as they said they would. They arrived on time. They followed the schedule they had laid out. I was impressed with the accuracy of their information. The owner also came to supervise the job and was there the entire day. The work followed what they said they would. At this point, we are very satisfied with the work performed.

Jessie knew exactly what the new parking lot elevations needed to be for the drainage. He worked with me getting the planning department on board with our plan and the new handicap space. The work was done in one day and results of the asphalt and stripping were excellent. I plan to use APCO for the on-going maintenance

Resealed first time, warning cracks were large and 48 hours later the cracks reappeared. He came back and resealed entirely at no extra charge. No cracks now!

They did a fine job. They came and looked it over, they told us when they would do it and it went fine. We have a long, steep driveway and they had the equipment to do it properly. They were right here on time when we had the appointment.

Everything went well. They bid it, scheduled it, and performed the work as asked.

The owner and his son worked right with the crew all the time. If we made some changes they accommodated without an argument. They have a great crew, hard working, polite and focused. They followed thru and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Tim Hall is their organizer and contact man for estimates, etc. He was always available, pleasant and polite. They made the appointments with the inspectors and were on site when the inspectors arrived and they stayed with the inspector until his inspection was completed.
