Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The A/C unit was not working properly, the fan was running but the
cooling was not effective. I went through my home warranty program and
this vendor was selected. They were responsive and arrived during the
time window, but the technician seemed to be in a rush and simply said
everything checked out fine. I later verified that this was incorrect
because we signed up for PG&E smart A/C program and their technician
found a critical part that needed replacement. So we paid the trip fee
and further calls to the company resulted in giving us the run around
and not agreement to come back to fix the problem. I would not use this
company again.
