Rick is as thorough and professional as they come. Rick came out to work on my 48 inch Thermador Pro Grand Range and the service was better than any factory technician Thermador has ever sent. Rick is extremely detailed oriented and will not leave until the job is done right. He has been doing this for a while and knows what he is doing. Rick was on time, and he even called us when he was on the way to our house to let us know he would be arriving in 30 minutes. Rick is very nice and quite professional. He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher in about 15 minutes after doing some disassembly, removing standing water, and testing. He had the part that needed to be replaced in his van, and the whole job was completed in less than 30 minutes. Rick told me that 97% of the time, he will have the part with him and be able to make the repair on the spot. The price for the repair seemed to me to be a bit high, but the part than needed to be replaced was the central control unit and it cost $168, plus tax. The house call and labor were $120. I guess a Bosch dishwasher is like a Mercedes, and when it needs service, it is not inexpensive. The dishwasher has worked fine since the repair. Overall we were very happy with Rick's service.
