This was an emergency repair on a weekend. Our normal service company does not do emergency repairs, so I called several companies listed in the yellow pages. They were the only ones with a live person answering the phone. She quickly set up a time for later in the day on a Saturday, then called to say he could come earlier, which he did. The work was performed in about an hour. Since this was an emergency, I don't know how the price compared to other emergency repair companies. But they were the only one to respond quickly and professionally. We were completely satisfied.
