During a June heat wave of 7 days, A/C failed. I called another company listed and was told they could come out in October! Another listed company wanted to replace the entire unit for $10,000.00. I called A/S after 11am and they had someone there before 4 pm. It was 105 degrees that day. The problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. Hopefully, I'll get another year or two out of my system.

OUR AIR CONDITIONER WEN OUT ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR. FRANKLY, I WAS JUST CALLING COMPANIES IN THE YELLOW PAGES HOPING THAT SOMEONE WOULD ANSWER AT 9:00 AT NIGHT. AFTER 12 CALLS TO VARIOUS COMPANIES, SOMEONE ANSWERED. THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT HERE AT 7:30 AM THE NEXT MORNING. HE FIXED OUR PROBLEM AND THEN PROCEDED TO GO TO OUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND FIXED THEIR PROBLEM AS WELL. NOW THATS SERVICE!

THE REPAIRMAN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. HE IMMEDIATELY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND ADDED THE COOLANT. THEN TESTED THE AIR FLOW AND TEMPERATURE AGAIN TO VERIFY THIS WAS THE PROBLEM.
