Response within 30min on a Sunday morning, and was on site within another 30min. Very polite and professional. Reasonable price. Would definitely hire again for anything plumbing related.

We had no hot water. I called in the late afternoon. Denis was on the road, but said he would pick up a water heater and do the job in the evening. We talked over the specs and he arrived with the water heater in an hour. Completed the job in a couple hours. I was very satisfied with his willingness to talk over how best to do the job.

I worked with Denis for approx. 5 Months and we are currently working together finishing a project. Denis passed inspections and moved the project along quickly by using his ability to read the plans and working efficiently. He is knowlegable with building codes and he didn't have any problem reading the plans and integrating the many changes that were occurring daily. I enjoy working with him because he always has a positive outlook and sometimes we disagree about something, but I have found that he is usually correct.
