The carrier Puron two stage ac was repaired by Said . He was skillful and competent testing the unit . Several parts were replaced and the unit is working . I have no point of reference to ascertain if the charge ($900) is within the range of most companies . Said the owner technician assured me that I was getting a hood deal . I’m summary paying $900 is better than replacing the unit and Said was in command with all the diagnostic tools . He was confident and sure appeared to know what he was doing . Furthermore, he seem nice and personable . I hope it was worth it .

It was not a good experience , I was being charge a lot of money but the problem was not fixed. The provider was asking for extra charge.

"Thank you for the response. That is why I took a video of my thermostat turning your unit on then off three times while you were present. You wanted me to fix a second issue, while you were screaming. I will share this video for proof to Angie to get your incorrect statement off. We work for a living, and screaming to get things for free is unethical and sad. 411 hvac"

Haroon diagnosed our problem and gave us the bad news that our system needed to be replaced. He gave us a great price and replaced our system quickly and efficiently. Getting the permits was a little confusing but bottom line is the city inspector told us that we had a top of the line system and that the people who did the install knew what they were doing. That made me feel like great. GREAT WORK 411 HEATING AND A/C. Thank you very much! YJ

"Hello Sir, You tried to fix your own ac. You called me and I gave you a price which is under the market value. You approved the work and I did the job. Can’t be pushy when I give you a price, I can’t force you to accept it, you asked for prices on our parts, I told you this is against our policy. You spent 15min speaking in a language I speak also sir. You signed the receipt and I asked you if you want the job done, you said yes. You told me the part cost about $20 dollar. It’s actually over $50, plus buying leads which is $70 to $130 per lead, gas, workers comp/ GL/ other cost on top, such as rent and on. I did not sell you a new unit so I could not be pushy. This is what we do for a living sir, we are not handy men.. Thank you have a great day 411 heating"

Sayed responded to our call and made an appointment for the same day visit. He’s was punctual and professional. We were thinking maybe the compressor had gone bad and we might need to change the whole unit. He quickly found out the fault and replaced the bad capacitor. He came as a saviour on a hot summer day. I would recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work to be performed.

They did a very good job. They were prompt, arrived quickly as we had a party coming up soon, and we needed it fixed quickly. He also showed me how to clean it in the future and showed me how to keep the system clean. They came out on a Saturday and were the only company who responded to our call. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

Came for my air-conditioner. Not only did they not fix it but they broke my heater.. They said they could not guarantee my air-conditioner but I want my money back or have them fix my heater. I am very unhappy

"Hello You called almost a month prior to fix ur AC. You heater broke a month later and wanted it fixed for free. You had ur neighbor there trying to get it fixed for free. After I told you my service charge is $75 which is a new issue, u refused to pay that. You started cursing and I recorded you. I put a 3 page complaint to your security, after hearing the audio recording they apologized for u. Clients such as your self mam make these services very difficult to deal with. Would u like me to paste the 3 page report so all clients can make a sound decision. I am even asking before you embarrass ur self. 411 heating"

Below average. Owner--Sayed Opeyany--used hard-sell approach to get job. That should have been my first clue. Installer did OK work and heating/cooling unit works just fine. City inspector did not sign off on first visit but did so on second visit when installation issues were corrected. 411 owner quite unresponsive and generally unprofessional. Job took far too long. I would not recommend 411 to anyone.
