CONTRACTOR STARTED WORK, AND NICELY PROGRESSED. HE, AND HIS WORKERS DECIDED NOT TO SHOW UP TO FINISH THE JOB, AND WE WERE FORCED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE WAS NOT DEPENDABLE. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
