The move went well except, two items were to be crated, I paid extra to have them do this and the movers did not do it. One was a 46" LCD TV and the other was a glass curio cabinet. The cabinet was disassembled and parts were lost, the mover at the destination was unable to put it back together and managed to break one of the glass walls. Several other items were damaged in the move. I have attempted to get the Super Movers to refund the price paid for the crating and packing materials I paid for, but they did not use. The company will not respond and the amount offered for the damage claim is a joke.
