We pay the annual fee for what needs to be done. They do a free inspection and treat if it need done. It is very simple when you have the annual contract. They call you and remind you it was time for the inspection. You can schedule your inspection. If they find anything you can schedule treatment. Actually, the last time we had them out, they found a plumbing problem in our crawl space which we would not have known about otherwise.

I called, made an app't, and they sent out a pleasant young man. He had obviously been well trained in giving his presentation with a colorful 3 ring binder at hand. I wanted to avoid the whole inconvenient tenting experience, so he recommended what turned out to be a one day job by 2 young men who went into the attic, and around the two houses with drills and sprays and whatever. The sale "clincher" was the quarterly follow-up visits by a "tech guy" who was to check for any reinfestation. That was a joke. A kid came out and spent 5 minutes looking at these traps they'd placed in the ground, and got going to the next app't asap. I had to scour the property myself for termite signs, then call them for an app't to send someone out to drill a hole where I pointed and put something in the hole. After the first visit, no one took the time to look around for termite damage. They checked their little traps in the ground and skedaddled. If the guys who came out for the quarterly followups actually followed up and checked where the first day's guys had done their work, and/or carefully screened the property for termite signs - I would be a lot more satisfied. I feel that once they got the contract signed, and the first day's work done - They didn't want to be bothered with anything else from me.

I would not say this visit went either way. They did what they were supposed to do and that was it. They seem to be just fine. I use them on a monthly basis and they seem pretty good. I really do not pay attention to much. I do not see any bugs so something is getting done right. They have been doing this for me for years. Once they did come out and check for termites. They were fine there too. I am pleased with them.

They are always on time for the appointment. They are done quickly. We have never had any insect or rodent problems in the house so I feel they are doing a great job. They always spray all the way around the home thoroughly.

We had more ants for a while than we did before we started the process. They were very lax in returning to kill the second and third waves of ants. They were hard to reach by phone and did not come when promised. They did finally get the job done.

The price above is for the termite issue. The salesman was very good and straight forward. He suggested a localized service that is much less than tenting the whole house. They do a great job. My bug problems are taken care of.

THEY ARE GOOD. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A WHILE. I JUST PAY A MONTHLY SERVICE FEE, AND THEY COME OUT. THEY COME ON A REGULAR BASIS TO KEEP THE INSECTS UNDER CONTROL. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE, ON TIME AND FRIENDLY.

I'M SATISFIED. THEY COME OUT AND DID IT AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. I DON'T REMEMBER CALLING THEM TO COME BACK. THEY OFFERED TO COME BACK AND DO IT AGAIN TO MAKE SURE THE FLEAS WERE ALL GONE. IT WAS PRETTY GOOD SERVICE.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THREE YEARS, AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. OVERALL IT HAS BEEN GREAT. I USED TO GET ANTS EVERY TIME IT RAINED, BUT SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING THEM, NO ANTS, AND FLEAS ARE IN THE BACKYARD WITH THE DOGS.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN GOOD EVERY TIME WE HAVE DEALT WITH THEM. THEY'RE RELIABLE. THEY'RE COURTEOUS, AND GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. WE CALLED TWO OTHER COMPANIES, AND THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE. WE DECIDED TO STAY WITH THEM RATHER THAN GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ORKIN WAS GREAT. THEY EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF PESTS THAT COME INSIDE THE HOUSE IN THE SUMMER, AND THE PESTS THAT WERE COMMON IN THIS AREA. REP WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY DIDN'T COME WHEN THEY SAID. THEY LEFT AN OPEN WINDOW ONE TIME. I HAD TO MISS WORK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T COME AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME WE MADE. THEY WERE NEAT AND THEY KILLED THE SPIDERS.

IT WAS GOOD. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THEM.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THEY WERE INFORMATIVE.
