Mr. Kennedy was very nice and personable over the phone. He was an older gentleman with seemingly lots of experience, but he made two appointments to give us an estimate on the job and did not show up for either one. He didn't even call before the appointment time to let us know he wasn't coming.

I LEFT MESSAGES. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK AND I CONSIDER THAT TACKY. THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST CALLED BACK TO TELL ME THEY WERE BUSY.

NEW CENTURY ROOFING IS A REALLY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY PERFORM. WHEN THEY CAME OUT, THEY STAYED PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND THEIR PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE.
