The company never showed up to give me an estimate. When I called to find out what happened I was told they were busy. I understand that some jobs take longer but they should have at least called telling me what was happening. They wanted me to reschedule for later at 2:00p. I refused because my time is valuable as well. I had already canceled other obligations to meet them between 11:00a and 12:00pm. The biggest thing is that they did not really seem to care about what happened.

All the railings were built and installed as requested. All touch up painting was completed and they were finished with the 3 porches in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the price, and the way I was kept up to date on the project. I would use them again for other projects. Great work at a reasonable price.

Everything went fine. I would use them again. I am waiting on them to fix one thing. I had them do something that was a little bit beyond their expertise or maybe they were not familiar with doing it but it was part of the service I was requesting. They haven't perfected on how to get it to work.

Jand J was excellent from start to finish. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

Jose was prompt with all of our meetings, kept me updated during fabrication, and installed earlier than promised. I can be pretty picky with these things and there was nothing that I do not like about the final outcome. I love it!!!

I wanted some specific details (door knobs and locks rather than latches and decorative cast trim incorporated into gates) and he just added it in with out nickle and diming me on it. He even outdid my request to put decorative trim across the gates and built it into the entire fence as well and it looks great. I had existing gates with locks and he purchased the same brand of lock so that they would match. Again, no and quot;extra chargeand quot;. When I asked him if I could pick up the locks ahead of the install so that I could have a locksmith key them the same as my existing locks, Jose offered to drop them off to save me the trip.

Almost forgot, as Jose and crew were leaving I asked him about what type and color of touch up paint to get and where to get it from. He gave me a full can of the paint that they were using. Days later I found a full can next to one of the gates and assumed that my son had moved it from the garage. It was a different can of paint that they had already left for me before I had even asked.

I called Dae Yung for an estimate and he was able to come down the time I requested. He gave me an estimate that day and was able to deliver the rail within a week. Very prompt and good workmanship.

They were very responsive from the time we initially called them. They were able to do the work within a couple of weeks. It was a great experience. We paid $2200 for the job, which was better than the other bids we had received. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.

I made an appointment for the company to come out and give an estimate. They stood me up with no phone call. I called them back, they rescheduled, and then stood me up again with no phone call. I don't know about their work quality, but their customer service is terrible.

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate on a Thursday. Jose arrived on time (actually he was early, which was a plus) and gave me the estimate. The work was completed the following Monday and it looks beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that he even primed the metal for me. We had not discussed this at all.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR THAT WAS SHOWN ON HGTV AND TO SAY I WAS THROUGHLY IMPRESSED BY THIS COMPANY IS PUTTING IT MILDLY.

J and J Iron Works did a very good job for us. They gave us a very reasonable bid for exactly the work we needed. They arrived on time, performed the work in a very professional manner, and we are very satisfied with the results, especially since another bid we received for the same work was 6 times as much!
