Hardwood Flooring Service
The hardwood flooring has developed an unacceptable reddish hue within a few months of installation. They sent a certified inspector whose report states that this "patina" is natural phenomena with hardwood flooring, it does not mention that it has turned an unacceptable reddish hue. I had another hardwood flooring guy look at it and he said an "oxide" finish was used which allowed the color change, and a waterbased finished would not have allowed this to happen. Cintek is denying my claim to either refinish or replace the floor. This color is not what I paid for or expect. This is unacceptable.
