Their Tech Support is abysmal, especially the outsourced technicians in India who were not only of no help, but they also had me buy additional equipment which turned out not to be compatible with their Pre-N wireless network equipment. Returning purchases is a nightmare as they approve the RMA but never send you the email with the RMA info. In both cases my issues got escalated, meaning more calls and more time on the phone for what should have been routine tasks.
