He was referred to us by our home warranty. He was very unprofessional and dropped our microwave on my brand new granite tiled counter. He scratched and dented our microwave and had the nerve to say "it was his word against ours", so basically he would deny the damages. He didnt cover our expensive counter top when he worked by that area. He had a real negative attitude. We never got these damages fixed and we'd never recommend this horrible unprofessional company to anyone. Every day I have to look at my damaged; scratched and dented microwave. And every time I look at it...it makes me furious to know an appliance company treated us so poorly.
