I am a native of Southern California, having been born and raised in the local area. After purchasing my own home as a first time buyer, I experienced the excitement of owning my own home. Since then, it has always been my goal to become a licensed Real Estate agent and help other people share in that same buying experience. After obtaining my realtor's license I studied for a law degree so that I could better understand and assist with some of the legal issues that often bring about difficult decisions such a the division of property during a divorce, probate of real estate property, foreclosures and many other legal issues that can arise during the buying or selling process. After learning all I could about real estate, family and probate law, I then obtained my Broker's license in both California and Washington DC where I can assist government employees with relocation to and from the DC area. Members of my own family have served in the military and therefore I have always had a special affinity for members of the armed forces and for meeting their housing needs. I have over 18 years of experience in real estate transactions and I am committed to helping people just like you buy, sell or invest in properties.
