The customer service was as good or better as the dozen or so other places I called. They matched the lowest in shop price and kicked in mobile service making them more than 50% less than equivalent service and product and 20 dollars off their original quote. The wait time was two hours and the technician arrive 5 min early. The technician ran into a snag due to the encumbering panel boxes and lumber rack, however I was pleased with the quality of workmanship which is backed by warranty. The insulation process was completed in about 1 hour and 15 min.
