Description of Work: Replaced broken side window glass in car. Window did not then operate properly, had to take it back. They also left grease everywhere, on the seat covers, the door, and chipped paint on the door. Low price isn't always the best deal.

Description of Work: I called these folks after reading the review here in Angie's List. My 22 year old RV had a leak in the windshield at the top under the chrome trim. The gentleman on the phone told me they would try to repair it the cheapest way first and if that didn't work they would have to remove the windshield and reseat it. A technician came to my house within thirty minutes and began working on it immediately. He explained basically the same thing I had been told on the phone. He finished the job and believed there would be no further problems but said to keep the receipt and that it was my guarantee. Nice people--fair and straightforward. Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreThe customer service was as good or better as the dozen or so other places I called. They matched the lowest in shop price and kicked in mobile service making them more than 50% less than equivalent service and product and 20 dollars off their original quote. The wait time was two hours and the technician arrive 5 min early. The technician ran into a snag due to the encumbering panel boxes and lumber rack, however I was pleased with the quality of workmanship which is backed by warranty. The insulation process was completed in about 1 hour and 15 min.
