They were great. They were straightforward and honest about what we really needed. They didn't try to sell us anything extra and their prices were very reasonable.

Our flat roof house was had a roof that needed to be replaced.  I called Shaughnessy and Carey the owner came out the same week I called to look at the roof and provide an estimate.  Carey took time to walk me through the various options and even suggested that I may save money if I went with a roofer that did foam roofs (as opposed to bitumen roofs that Shaughnessy does).  We went with Carey and we happy with the entire process.  Carey was always responsive, available by phone or email. He welcomed questions I had and was always willing to meet me at the house to show me what was being done.  The roof looks great and so far no leaks.  We appreciated Carey's professionalism and responsiveness and would use him again.

Once the problem was discovered within a week  Mark had the people over replacing a section of the roof.  This solved the leak problem. 

They did a good job.  They were very responsible.  They treated everything on time.  They are very reliable and very competent.

The office staff was very good, professional, efficient, and friendly. The owner was a really good person. She was good at explaining things; she was also very empathetic. My roof had a leak and the faucet leaked every time it rained. The weather delayed the work a bit, and that man was very empathetic as well. He had good people skills. There was no way to avoid the delay, so I understood. I still experienced a lot of stress about the delay, but they helped. They did an awesome job of making sure they cleaned up well. The price was high, but they did the work so well.

I HAVE USED SHAUGHNESSY FOR YEARS FOR VARIOUS NEEDS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL THAT MY BUSINESS WAS IMPORTANT TO THEM. I HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THEIR WORK AND THE PROFESSIONALISM THAT THEY SHOW.
