+ -1 moreMike was quick and thorough period! In and out and I got my a.c.up and running with in fifteen minutes. Mike believes my a.c. unit has another 15-20 years left. My house is thirteen years old. I was very pleased to hear that. Mike works the entire Sacramento region. The guy goes every where.
Description of Work: Mike, the owner came out to my home and replaced a part in my air conditioning unit. Mike is very responsible and calls if he's running behind the time frame he gave me. The part and his labor was only $170. Extremely reasonable. I live in a community that has a blog and the residents share their experience good or bad about vendors. On this blog I read a lot of negative reviews about ac and heating companies. And, from time to time the local news channels have segments on ac & heating companies taking advantage of people's trust worthiness. Leaves you feeling like you can't trust any of vendor. Fortunately Mike was referred to me by a LICENSED handyman who works within this community as well. I had Mike out here a couple of years ago for the first time, when I heard some times people don't have their a.c. units checked peroidically as they should and end up having to replace them. I thought to myself, I don't want to pay thousands of dollars for a new a.c. If I can prevent it.
