They put a different color on than they said they were going to. I decided I could live with that. However, our patio cover originally had a nice paneling on the ceiling; some of which had water damage. They correctly tore everything out and put new plywood under the roofing, but did not replace the nice paneling. This surprised me because early on, after they had torn the old roof off and pieces of it hadn't yet been carried away, I showed an inspector some of the paneling so he would know that it also would need to be replaced. Well, they didn't replace it. The bare plywood still shows. They even left the paper stickers on the plywood showing. They said they would come out and water test the roof. They never came. Twice, during my attempt to contact some help from the company by phone, they said that they would return my call on a particular day, and I never heard from them (I told them to call my cell number). It eventually rained, and the roof leaked where they had replaced the skylights on the patio cover roof. I called again. Two workers finally came and ran water on the roof. After it leaked, they phoned someone to ask about the situation, then reported that 'the skylights on the patio cover were old, and needed to be replaced.'Now they tell me! They told me that they could give me the name of a company that would do that. The contractor eventually called and offered to whitewash the plywood ceiling. I told him I wanted the paneling replaced. They wouldn't do this without MORE money. I got so sick of things that I didn't want to deal with them anymore. Shame on us. We should have gotten EVERY LITTLE DETAIL in writing. We thought that they would make the roof look like it was originally, with the paneling. They didn't do anything to try to fix the leak. Then eventually sprayed the perimeter base of the skylights with Flex Seal (two generous coats), and it still leaks. Stay away from this company and save yourself the regret, the time you will need to watch everything that's going on, and lots of money. We could have gotten a new patio with that money. Like I said, some of the blame for this experience falls on us, and it was a hard lesson. However, if you're looking for a company you can trust, look somewhere else.
