Sierra Nevada Drilling made an emergency call to my parent's property on very short notice. My parents are in their 90"s so Beth in the office went right to work to help me. Randy and his helpmate were polite, friendly and reassuring. Water back on! I am indebted to them! I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

Sierra Nevada Drilling, Inc. answered the phone on Saturday July 3, 2021, a 3 day holiday and can out to assess the problem. It wasn’t a quick fix so he had his work truck at my property on Monday morning and pulled the pump. Estimate was written, the part was ordered and the pump was back up and running Tuesday. Thank you for coming out and doing the job on a holiday weekend.

In addition to fixing our well issue they also took measures to ensure that we had clean water. They went above and beyond excellent customer service, I would give them a 10+. I was fortunate to have Sierra Nevada Drilling come to my home this evening. They returned my message on Home Advisor, called me and offered to be at my home in 40 minutes. I did not have an emergency, but Chance was in the immediate area and swung on by. He not only fixed the problem, but also educated me on the care of my well. I will definitely use Sierra Nevada Drilling for all my well services in the future. Thank you, Chance!

The person that arrived was very pleasant and what issues we had with our water. he repaired our main problem of water to our home and did a checkup on the system and found that our filter was very dirty even though pressure was correct water wasn't reaching our house. Replaced our filter and the pressure and water at house was flowing again.

These guys really went out of their way to help us out and had quality parts and first class service. Chance was great. Would highly recommend.

My pump had stopped, and after checking the phone book, I found Sierra Nevada in the Mountain Press. I called Chase and explained the problem. Chase, Dominic, and his son came, and in a few minutes, solved the problem (spider webs in the control box). He also said that he would be by on a later date to make sure the pressure tank was topped up with air. Excellently done, and I highly recommend them!

Found out late at night we ran out of water in our water tank and saw the water pump was not working. So the next morning I was not sure who to call so I went onto home advisor and saw all the high ratings for Sierra Nevada Drilling and requested a quote. They contacted me within two minutes and drove to my house right away to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Sierra Nevada Drilling to anyone who has any water well or pump issue. They were quick, friendly and efficient.

Chance was very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Thank goodness it was an easy fix and he showed me how I could fix that particular problem myself next time. And even though it was Saturday he got here pretty quickly!

Chance arrived when he said he would, on the weekend no less. Turns out my well control box just needed to be reset (the reset was under the box and I missed it). He recommended some upgrades to my well based on what I want to do on my property. He's a straight shooter and when I'm ready to upgrade I will be calling him again.
