Fine, these folks installed the wood stove (that I bought from them) about 3 years ago. It's still under warranty so I call them each year to maintain it and chimney. When they find issues, they let me know. Once I give go ahead, they repair promptly. Great service.

Our air conditioner stopped working late one afternoon.  With the weather being in low 100?s it did not take long before the house started warming up. I have Multiple Sclerosis and heat increases all of my symptoms. Air conditioning is not a luxury, it?s a necessity. My husband called Mountain Air to see when they could come service our unit.  They talked him through several checks that he could make to possibly get it started again.  The fan was working, but it was not putting out cold air.  When my husband explained my situation to them they told him they would try to get someone out as soon as possible. Although it was late in the day, and they were booked solid, they called to tell us one of their service techs would be to our home within an hour.  The service technician arrived, replaced the capacitor, and did a service check of our unit.  Thanks to Mountain Air, it was a few hours not days before our air conditioner was up and running again. We are very appreciative of their consideration and their service.  We highly recommend Mountain Air.

They are reliable, efficient, and competitive.

The serviceman arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and had the component on his truck and installed in a jiffy. Very polite and courteous, would use them again for heater problems. Thanks Mountain Aire!

They show up when they say they are going to show up, which is good. They are pretty fast, and I haven't had any major problems with them. They are kind of the only place in town, so I don't really know how they compare price-wise.

It was an intermittent problem it took him a while to diagnose the issue. He did so and said he had to order the part. He was there promptly after a couple of days and installed the part and the unit works like it is supposed to.

They are one of very few installers of ground source heat pumps. The only problem I had is that there was a screw-up in the bill. They corrected it but it wasn't entirely to our satisfaction. There were parts that we didn't use and they didn't get much back on our return; they miscalculated when they recalculated it. They are good guys and we liked working with them, but we ended up paying more than we thought we would.
