AFTER SEVERAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS IN SCHEDULING THEY FINALLY CAME OUT. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD THEY COULD LOOK AT THE DOOR EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT AT HOME, SO THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED AND LEFT BECAUSE NO ONE WAS HERE. I WAS TOLD I WAS MISINFORMED AND THAT FOR LIABILITY REASONS THE HOMEOWNER HAS TO BE PRESENT SO THEY WORKED WITH ME AND JUST CALLED MY CELL WHEN THEY WERE IN THE AREA, TOOK CARE OF THE GARAGE DOOR, VERY QUIET AND SENSOR WORKING WELL EVER SINCE.

RESCOM CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND FIGURED OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE DOOR. WITHIN TWO DAYS THEY HAD CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND MADE MY DOOR WORKING LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW.
