Green Clean Window came to my attention through an advertisement in The Desert Sun. The ad noted that the owners were "honest, thorough, and professional." It also included a 10% off window cleaning coupon. Then, I looked at the Green Clean Windows website, called, and we set up a time that was convenient to my schedule. Ronnie and Richard arrived on time, worked hard from 8am to about noon. During that time, they removed all screens, cleaned them, and thorougly cleaned the window/door frames and rims. I don't mean they used a rag to wipe at a little dust as window cleaners sometmes do...they used soap and water and scrubbed hard. We are located in an area with pine needles and a sometimes windy desert environment, so getting off all residue of dust and other matter can be challenging and time-consuming. These guys did a complete and A+ job with that part of the process as well as with cleaning the windows themselves, the sliding patio doors, the shower doors, and the mirrored closet doors. The shower doors look like new! They fixed the sliding patio door screens so that they slide smoothly again. The windows are so clear that one of those crows from the television ads will probably show up anytime to fly into them. Both Ronnie and Richard communicated effectively and worked hard the entire time that they were at our home. They cleaned up and left no wet water or paraphernalia. They actually are the two guys who are shown in the advertisement in The Desert Sun as well as online. And, in fact, my experience leads me to conclude they are really "honest, thorough, and professional." If I could wave my magic wand and create a super giant billboard for these guys so that homeowners in Indio, LaQuinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Springs could see it, it would flash in yellow and green neon:
