ZJ'S AUTO BODY

ZJ's Auro Body was on a list of shops recommended by my auto insurance
company after my car was rear-ended.  David Dudek was my estimator.  I
received very considerate, personalized service from everyone at ZJ's. 
David kept me informed about insurance authorization, parts acquisition,
and timelines.  My car need body work, and mechanical work.  ZJ's did
the body work and had the muffler taken care of by another shop.  All
repairs were very well done in a timely manner.  My car runs well and you cannot tell the
car was in an accident.  ZJ's also facilitated the rental car process
which was complex as I had an out-of-town trip pending.  I hope I won't
need them again, but I would definitely return to ZJ's if my car needs
accident repair or body work.

Very responsive, quality of work was excellent, finished ahead of schedule.

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they had all the paperwork ready and rental car for me. The car was fixed as they stated. The staff were friendly and everything went great.

The left side of my car was damaged when a tire separated while I was driving. I took the car to ZJ's on the recommendation of my Ford dealer. From the beginning I realized that I was in the hands of very competent, capable people. They took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company, arranged for a car rental, and returned the car 5 days before the estimated time necessary for repair. Even though the car is over 12 years old, the person doing the estimate realized that I wanted to keep the car and she made sure that the amount of work would not cause it to be totaled. The estimate came in well under the blue book value of the car. They managed to use the parts that had been salvaged from the car. It looks terrific. I can't tell were the new paint is or that any of the parts had been damaged. They even returned the car washed and shined, looks beautiful! This is an office that feels like a great place to work - everyone is friendly and polite. They deal immediately with the customer and are very helpful.
