We recently hired Sterling Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in my parents' entire house in Clovis. The technician was prompt and professional. The carpets were pretty worn/soiled, and we were amazed at how good the carpet looked at the end. The technician took his time and did a very thorough job. And the price was really, really good. We plan to hire Sterling again!

I had to cancel about an hour before the scheduled cleaning due to a medical emergency. Due to ER costs, I could not reschedule right off the bat. I sent Tod a text message to let him know of the cancellation due to a medical emergency an hour beforehand. This is his response:

I have worked in home health before wherein patients would cancel all the time, and yes, I might have been frustrated and upset; but I have never questioned or responded in this manner. I think it was uncalled for and just plain unprofessional. I did not go into detail what the emergency was, but if asked, I would have responded truthfully--my husband has chronic mild to moderate hydrocephalus due to a brain tumor that has been resected twice; he had a flare up of symptoms.
When all had settled down, we found another carpet cleaner who did the job, was cordial to my family, and at a much cheaper price.

Tod is the epitome of and quot;under promise and over deliver.and quot; I needed to prep my property for sale and got multiple bids from other AngiesList vendors. Why did I select him over the others? Although his quote was a factor, I liked his demeanor and general gut feeling. Since I live a few hours away from the property, the majority of the communication was done via text and phone calls. Tod always promptly answered my calls or texts. I trusted his team to do the job described and I'm very impressed. When I returned for the final inspection, the place was amazing; the interior was clean and painted while the outside landscape was impressive. Small details such adding gate latches which I didn't request were added (I was going to do it myself). He even replaced the kitchen light cover that fell apart while they were cleaning; it was old. When my realtor initially saw the property, she wanted to list it on the low end of the market. After Tod did his magic, she was impressed. I got a text from her saying, and quot;Holy smokes! The house looks awesome!and quot; plus three thumbs up. We raised the list price of the property. The day after Tod completed his work, it was listed on the market. We got an offer at list price on the first day and couple more at list price the following day. We are now in the process of closing above list price. AWESOME job by Tod and his crew. Thank you!!

Showed up on time and the tecnician was very polite and professional. They did the best cleaning job I have ever had don on my carpets.

his service would achieve the desired results. When I have asked for follow-up service they have promptly came out and resolved the issues for me.

Company had an emergency with a house flood and was a little late, but called to let me know. They were very professional and explained exactly how they would repair the problem area and the carpet cleaning process. They used plastic guards on the corners in the house which was a very nice touch. This is the best my carpet has ever looked and Tod is a very nice, professional and caring owner. I felt as if it was his house he was cleaning.

Sterling Carpet was very prompt. I called on Monday and they were in cleaning by Wednesday. The technician arrived 20 minutes early and was very friendly and professional. He cleaned nearly every inch of my carpet, including under the couches and reclining chairs. I am most impressed that he cleaned the area rug in my living room for no extra cost - I was not expecting this rug to be included in the coupon. Service was fast, work was very well done, and my house smelled so fresh afterwards!

They showed up on time, friendly staffs gave me the detail instructions of what they were doing. I feel so clean and comfortable sleeping on my bed, knowing my mattress was well taking care of.

Incredible is the word I would use to describe the service provided by Sterling. Our 10 year old carpet has not looked this good in a long time. Our dogs are h****** the carpet and it shows, even though we have it cleaned every six months. We have had them cleaned for years by a national chain and always assumed they were using the proper techniques. After watching how Sterling performed a multiple step operation using modern equipment, and explaining why each step was necessary, we realized the chain cleaning doesn't even compare. No wonder it only took 45 minutes to clean the whole house when Sterling spent almost three hours doing it right. Don't use low budget carpet cleaners; you will get what you pay for. I highly recommend Sterling for professional carpet  cleaning; they will be the only company we use in the future.

The best service I could of dreamed of I though their was no hope and I was replacing the carpets for sure. Tod explained the process and reassured me if they could fix the carpets their would be no charge.
