Landscaping
The actual product is of acceptable quality, the install and the customer service are not. The size of the turf installed ended up being more than 10% smaller than quoted. The ground was left significantly higher around the turf area and mulch was laid in a messy and unprofessional manner . There was no care in the overall way the area looked when complete. Since then my attempts to resolve my complaints have been difficult at best with further empty promises and scheduling problems. I'm left without the product I wanted and asked for, $3300 down and several days of my own labor and extra money to attempt to make the area look good. There are many other companies out there, start somewhere else.
