Roger from Solarguard was always very punctual with the meetings we had and was quick to respond to missed phone calls. He was very helpful in helping us decide what would wok best for our needs. We were able to schedule a date of start that fit both our needs well both weather permitting and time to make some minor flashing changes that I chose to undertake myself to save on the cost. Roger was on site for the beginning of the job to make sure the repairs were correctly made. The crew worked on the prepping and base coat on day one and were finished with the topcoat on the second day with no major setbacks. After inspecting everything myself I noticed some foam overspray on my awnings and some oddly finished corner transitions that hold the foam form prior to the finish coat. I spoke with Roger about the edge transitions and he agreed that it was not what was supposed to be done in that way. This was an expensive fix, as they would have to remove a section of the newly finished roof on two corners and start the process over. His crew was in and out in one day. Roger followed up with me about the awning overspray and let me know although it was cleaned it would leave permanent discolored spots where it was removed. He offered to recoat the entire awning surface which would refresh the tired awning anyway. Roger covered all of the added repair costs to the edge transitions and the coating of the awnings. Everything turned out good. After all of that we noticed that there was a small crack on my 1 month old skylight dome. He said it must have been done during the prepping or spraying possibly from the weight of the foam hose. He personally replaced it the next day. He probably made very little money on this job due to all the extra time he and his crew put in taking care of the mishaps. He let used this job as part of a quality control lesson at work. I would definitely work with Roger again, he stuck to his original quote and offered multiple solutions to all of the minor problems that arose. He was opened to input and discussion about the solutions that would work best for my needs. The roof itself has EXPONENTIALLY helped transform my house without any other changes. My air conditioning system is currently keeping my house cooled to 76 degrees during a 108 degree heat wave here in the valley. Prior do this I would be lucky to benefit from a 20 degree split meaning my house would have been 88 inside and that is if the coil hadn't frozen solid. I am very pleased with the roof and Solarguard Foam Systems overall performance.
