Great!  We moved in 4 years ago and bought a brand new dryer without having vent cleaned.  Drying clothes took 2-3 cycles every time I did laundry.  After Carl cleaned out the vent my dryer only takes 1 cycle.

Carl's service was great.  I got a lot more from SafeSmart than the last dryer vent service from a different company -- at a better price, too.  And, thanks Carl for securing the vent cover on the roof.

I contacted Carl on a Thursday afternoon and he immediately scheduled an appointment for 8AM the next day. He was right on time, arriving in his work truck which was immaculate as was he. He was polite, very professional and immediately went to work. He cleaned the dryer, floor around the dryer and the roof vent, limiting our exposure to a fire. He never attempted to "up charge" us.

Carl arrived exactly on time. You could tell he was kinda picky by how clean and organized his pick-up appeared. He was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. He went right to work moving the dryer and washer in the most careful of way for access to the dryer vent. He carefully checked the outlet vent necessitating a climb onto my tile roof.

He provided measurements to show how much better flow I could expect from my cleaned vent. A photo confirmed how much lint he had cleaned from the vent system. He re-aligned the washer and dryer and vacuumed the area where he had been working. 

I cannot recall the last time I have had such a positive experience with a service called to my home.

The condo was my first "nest", so it is dear to me.  I have rented it to many wonderful people that tend to stay from four to six years, once they move in.  Carl is now on my, "resource list", because of his professional work and attitude.  He did an outstanding job, gave information that increases operational effectiveness in his area of expertise, and this helps me keep this wonderful place humming.

I was very pleased.  Carl is pleasant, informative and thorough.  He took pictures of the vent before and after which gave us an understanding of what the process accomplished.  I will have Carl do this again.

Carl cleaned my dryer vent and replaced my hose. He took before and after photos to show me exactly what he did. My dryer finally started drying my clothes again! He did an excellent job.
Unfortunately, we started hearing a clanking sound. I thought it was related to his work, so I called him. He came over that afternoon and offered to look at my dryer. It turns out the repairman I'd hired before left a bracket inside my dryer under the motor. Carl diagnosed and fixed the problem and got my dryer working good as new. I really appreciate his professionalism and quick response time.
