Overall, it was a good car wash. When I picked up the vehicle, there was internal areas still not cleaned at a detail level. The cup holders were clearly still dirty. I pointed this out and the person cleaned them with a rag. When detailing, crevices, vents, grooves, etc. should be cleaned with brushes and other small tools. I have yet to find anyone who knows what auto detailing means when it comes to the proper tools and thoroughness that should define auto detailing, especially given the cost.
Instead, like Red Carpet, most places think a bare minimum cleaning is a good car wash, and a good car wash is auto detailing.

They do a good job of vaccuming, wash, hand towel dry and interior wipe down / perfume.
Mostly thorough wipe down is done. Occasionally, some of the boys would do a less than thorough job but mostly its been fine.

We love the customer service that we get here. We have been customers for years. Whether its for a car wash or for service, they are always great and the prices are reasonable as well.

They are one of the largest car wash chains. I am part of their subscriber club where I pay a monthly fee and I am able to take my car and have it washed when necessary without having to pay a per use fee. I am satisfied with their services.
