 + -1 moreOverall, it was a good car wash. When I picked up the vehicle, there was internal areas still not cleaned at a detail level. The cup holders were clearly still dirty. I pointed this out and the person cleaned them with a rag. When detailing, crevices, vents, grooves, etc. should be cleaned with brushes and other small tools. I have yet to find anyone who knows what auto detailing means when it comes to the proper tools and thoroughness that should define auto detailing, especially given the cost. Instead, like Red Carpet, most places think a bare minimum cleaning is a good car wash, and a good car wash is auto detailing.

 + -1 moreThey do a good job of vaccuming, wash, hand towel dry and interior wipe down / perfume. Mostly thorough wipe down is done. Occasionally, some of the boys would do a less than thorough job but mostly its been fine.

 + -1 moreWe love the customer service that we get here. We have been customers for years. Whether its for a car wash or for service, they are always great and the prices are reasonable as well.
Description of Work: We use them for general maintenance (oil changes, wipers, fluids etc.) of our vehicles and as a car wash too.

Description of Work: This is a CAR WASH. They offer nothing else although they have various levels of wash jobs. I have used them exclusively for the last 10 years. Over that time I have had a few problems. The managers there have ALWAYS taken care of the problem to my satisfaction. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR WASHED. However...... There are times when they are VERY busy and it might take an extended amount of time to get from start to finish. So chose your time wisely
