I inquired of price from 2 companies. Morse responded immediately via email by the next morning and the other didn't, therefore I went with Morse. The tech was friendly and professional and the report was provided to me via mail. Communication for the appointment was timely as well.

They have many years of experience and they're very professional. I don't have any problem with them.

From my first phone call to the service visit, all of the employees were very helpful, courteous, and professional.  They made sure I understood everything through every step and were very clear about future service calls and costs.  I just moved into a rental and was surprised by the ants and other pests; I was informed that it they may take up to 10 days for bait to work inside..  So far so good.  Service went very well and was very convenient and affordable.

I had some possible concerns that I might have termites or other harmful bugs and realized I really needed a thorough inspection since I hadn't had it done since we moved into our home.  I researched qualified, licensed termite inspectors, and Morse was one of the places I contacted that met those qualifications and had excellent reviews.  They were very kind and helpful by phone, and when I spoke to Matt, he indicated he had free time right then to come check things out.  He was at my house within about an hour of my call!  He was polite, professionally dressed, and did a thorough inspection of the premises around my home, inside and out...he even wore booties over his work boots to inspect inside (much appreciated!).  Fortunately, we got the all clear for now...no current evidence of termites or any other nasty creatures for that matter....except the usual Fresno ants!  He indicated he would mail me a detailed report of what he found, recommendations and so forth.  I will be calling him for regular termite inspections every few years, per his suggestion.  I had peace of mind after his visit, and felt he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough.

Easy to work with. Knowledge and expertise in dealing with termite problem carefully and fully explained. Family owned business. The son did the actual work and when he ran across a problem in my 90 year old house, he call his father who came to the house and helped to solve the problem. Most impressive.

This family owned company is a local treasure!  I worked with both the owner, Doug and his son, Matthew.  Doug was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.  Matthew was thorough and efficient. They both answered any inquiries I had and spent their time making sure all my questions were answered.. I would recommend their business to anyone in need.

We had problems with ants and spiders that we've been trying to deal ourselves with store bought ant traps and other perimeter pest control treatments. After doing this mostly unsuccessfully for the last three years, we finally decided that we needed professionals as the backyard flower beds and pool decks were also overrun with ants. First thing we did was jump on Angie's List and read all the reviews. That's when we found Morse Termite & Pest Control.
I called Morse on the phone, and was greeted by the friendly voice of the owner himself, Doug Morse. We hit it right off, and felt completely comfortable with his family-owned business. After a brief description of our problems, we made an appointment for the initial inspection and treatment with the option of pre-paying for a year's service if the initial treatment worked. 5 minutes at most on the phone was all it took to setup everything. Although I must have spent twice that amount of time just chatting with Doug and getting to know him and his business.
On the day of the first appointment, Matt Morse showed up precisely on time. We took a 20-minute inspection tour inside and around the house and yard. Matt was extremely informative and gave us a good description of what he thought the problems were and what they would do to solve them. They then went and put traps around the house (including the garage!) and other various places. They guarantee their work, and told us to make sure to call them in a week or two if we saw anymore ants or spiders.
Morse has now come out twice since the initial treatment. And their work has been extremely effective! No more ants or spiders in the house! If we see any ants in the backyard and pool deck, they are usually gone by the time of the next monthly treatment.
We highly recommend Morse Termite & Pest Control. Friendly, professional, effective and reasonably priced.

Originally called for a persistent problem with flying insects in house.  They came out, determined the pests to be flying ants, and treated rooms for pest control.  A week later the condition was not completely controlled.  They came out immediately and re-treated rooms without additional charge.  Very satisfied with that result.    In addition, we signed up for monthly service and have noticed a significant reduction in insects on property.
Very happy with service.  The office staff and field team has been very responsive.  Very friendly.  Very focuses on customer service.

A great family owned business!  I called Morse Termite & Pest Control on 4/28/2013 and they came right out to the house to look at our problem and give us an estimate.  The owner, Doug Morse, was the one who did the inspection and provided us with a quote. He took the time to explain how the termites got to the house and what the treatment plan would be. He carefully explained all the payment options and answered any questions that we had. His son, Matt, came out a couple of weeks later and treated the foundation of the house. His crew worked efficiently and they had the job done in three hours.  I would definitely use them again.

Great experience. I called after 5 and left a message and within an hour received a returned call. We were able to set up service terms and had the house serviced 24 hours later.

Things went very fine. They are family owned and operated which I think is a good thing.

to seeCalled for a quote on termite service and Doug was out for an inspection the same day.  The following week the service was performed and quickly without any mess. Even wore shoe covers to come inside.

A few years ago I had a house fire and we had to rebuild the whole house. There was more water damage than fire damage . I had 2 20 foot containers delivered to store the house contents in.  We had no bugs for the previous 15 years that we had lived there.  Well when we moved back into the house 7 months later were we in for a surprise we moved the kitchen boxes in to the house. we didn't see anything that night but the next morning were we in for a surprise we had been invaded by roaches.  I immediately went to the store and bought some spray I sprayed everything it slowed them down but didn't stop them I was at my wits end and going broke buying household sprays and after battling them for about a year, when I remembered that I was a member of Angie's list.  So I looked up a reputable exterminator  Morse Termite & Pest Control.  he told me that it would cost me 100 bux.  I said ok lets do it he started taking all my info and then asked me how I heard about him and I told him I saw him on Angie's list.  he told me that I just got a discount of 25 bux. I yelled  woo hoo.  I told him that was such a deal.  He sent his son out to do the job and 1 treatment later and 2 follow ups is all it took.          THANK YOU MORSE !
